1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required for processing returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.

  • Products bought on clearance or marked as “final sale.”

  • Customized or personalized items.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

  • Products may be exchanged for the same item if defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a wrong item sent or a product defect.

  • In such cases, Axton Travels will cover the return shipping fee.
